How association is managed
- MEMBER COMMITTEE: primary management body. One representative from each member. Once per quarter. Decisions about areas of activity, contributions, new members, and administration staff.
- MANAGEMENT BOARD: working management body. Five representatives. Once per month. Decisions about specific projects/budgets and targeted contributions.
- BOARD OF TRUSTEES: representative body. 3-10 representatives. Once every six months. Observation, recommendations, and oversight.
- DIRECTOR: provides ongoing leadership, ensures the achievement of goals, oversees the implementation of the decisions of the Member Committee and Board of Trustees.
